Currently, we only ship within Switzerland. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and speed for our local customers.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer reliable Swiss Post services to ensure your Produte arrives safely.

Order Over CHF 80 or more Free Shipping  Swiss Post A-Mail 1-2 Business Day

Order Under 79.95 Shipping Rate CHF 10.50 Swiss Post A-Mail 2-3 Business Day

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to Swiss Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your charms' journey to your doorstep.

5. Unclaimed or Wrong Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Love Potion is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for unclaimed packages. Reshipping fees may apply in these cases.
